As an initial study , a full master plan for the renovation over 3000 square foot house on a beautiful hillside site in the West side of Petaluma was created. The Design Study working with the Sikoras created many options for discussion review enter valuation, in a single composite solution developed. The resultant concept was an overall approach that created a series Phases that could be accomplished individually or all at once .The plan as visualized and selected was to move forward in a comprehensive single phase . The vision created in additional 2000 square feet of space in a very complicated weaving of new construction with existing renovated construction. Also the ability to develop a new style ,physical presence in a Classic Mediterranean persona was selected is the approach.
