Located on a vacant parcel in the Elmwood village section of Buffalo New York, with the shopping district on one side the Olmstead Parkway system on the other . A Frank Lloyd Wright house 3 houses down and a Richardson prototype at the rear lot line and less than quarter acre in size. This auspicious lot, had both challenges and opportunities.
