CJK as lead principal with BSI , created a feasibility study and concept approach to respond to request for proposals (RFP)by the city of North Hampton forward the conversion of 2 schoolhouse buildings right adjacent to Smith College in downtown North Hampton. The buildings were vintage, beautiful historic buildings: The Sullivan building and the Haley building. CJK created a package together with the developer Century Investment that actually won the competition to develop those buildings. The project was it mixed use project of those housing office studios kahma lebork come on commercial and art space, located in the heart of downtown Northampton,the spaces offers a variety of Living and Work environment in an incredible location. The project was also developed with historic preservation grants offered by the department of the interior.
