Greek Orthodox Church in Pittsburgh PA

After 51 years at its North Avenue location, Holy Trinity Church made its final move by purchasing a beautiful 10-acre plot of land from La Roche College at the corner of Babcock Boulevard and Cumberland Road. The Church Temple and Holy Trinity Center is the social, event and ministry facility of Holy Trinity Church. Designed by renowned Byzantine architect Christ. J. Kamages FAIA and his firm CJK Design of Metro San Francisco, opened on the Saturday of Pentecost weekend, June 22, 2013, with His Eminence Metropolitan Savas and many area clergy celebrating the "Thrynanoixia" Service to officially open the doors, not only to the church but to a new an exciting life for the people of the Holy Trinity community.
Holy Trinity Church was a powerful witness on the North Side for faith, family and friends throughout its life there and wove itself in the fabric of the community by opening its doors in the annual Greek Food Festival, lunches and special events and the “The Feed the Hungry” project, just to name a few.
